| The Electro-steam
Dry Steam Phosphatizer generates instant steam for cutting dirt,
oil and grime and application of phosphatizing chemical. All chemical
mixing takes place in the steam gun, the steam generator is never
contaminated with chemical. The Electro-steam Dry Steam
Phosphatizer is designed to meet the batch and continuous phosphatizing
needs of manufacturers and custom job shops alike for the cleaning
and pretreatment of metals, delivering the high quality results of
expensive multistage systems, at a fraction of the cost. The Electro
steam Dry Steam Phosphatizer instantly adapts to variations
in production rate and type. Quick startup and direct application
of chemicals, with minimal waste, makes the system a cost-effective
